Brian Hastings, Young Pennsylvania pro has won a World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelet. He has achieved this remarkable feat at the forty third staging of Las Vegas festival. This twenty three year old poker champ has earned an amount of 371,498 dollars after outplaying one hundred and fifty one players. He also won the ten thousand dollars in Heads-Up No-Limit Hold’em tournament. Brian was really amazed and was busy with the gold bracelet.
Brian left USA to set up a camp in Vancouver, a city in Canada after the crisis created by Black Friday in the States. He said after the win that the gold bracelet is more than the cash prize.
The final versus Mo was pretty straight for him. Mo had defeated Maryland’s Parker in the last clash. Immediately Mo was seen lagging behind and Hastings went away with the cash prize. The semi final was absolutely breath taking. Hastings for a short duration lost his chip immediately before doubling it through Mo. Ultimately after a head to head collision Hastings ultimately bagged the gold bracelet which was his dream.
Hastings earned fifty four thousand eight hundred and ten Euros for securing 8th place in the ten thousand four hundred Euros buy-in No-Limit Hold’em held in a split format last year at the World Series Of Poker. It was held in Cannes.
At present he has no pressing need to fly back to Canada to proceed to his poker career. He claims that his relocating to Florida will facilitate him to get cheap and fast flights to the Bahamas. He says that he is longing for these week long trips in order to play online against the likes of Peter Eastgate and Phil Hellmuth.
